Should I Believe Weight Loss Blogs?
A lot of people all over the world admit to not being in the weight that they want to be. Some are tired of seeing skinny girls in the streets and in the magazines who seem to bag any outfit they wear. Some are tired of eating just what won't get them fat, and feeling tear-eyed whenever they see a cheese burger. Some simply want to look good for themselves, to increase their self confidence too. So with all this hype on being skinny, weight loss is one of the most popular and most controversial issues of today. Yes, even in the Internet. Have you ever heard of weight loss blogs?
A weight loss blog or weight loss blogs are online diaries of people who want to lose weight, on the process of losing weight, or people who are seriously invested in losing weight and in helping other people lose weight. And so with the increasing usage of the Internet and the increasing number of people who trust it as their major source of information, are weight loss blogs really reliable? Or are they just bunch of wise salesmen who try to win the hearts of the desperates and then sell them with something that will / might help them in losing weight?
